You opt in by checking the optional, unchecked box “Yes, Mansa Medical may text me about my inquiry” on an inquiry form on mansamedical.com (for example https://mansamedical.com/contact-us/) and submitting the form with your mobile number. Checking the box is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. By opting in you agree to receive customer care text messages from Mansa Medical at the number you provided.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply to all messages sent and received.
